If you have not yet made the first check-in and the nights in the gift card have not been redeemed, you are able to register the package in another name. After the first check-in, no changes can be made.

If you have not made your first check-in and the nights in the gift card have not yet been redeemed, they can be registered in another name, free of charge. The gift card is non refundable.

Three nights is the minimum number of nights you are able to stay at each location.

1 gift card accommodates 1 person. To add an additional member to your package you will be charged an additional 35% of the original price. The additional member will share your private room and will also receive all on-site benefits available to our community. Guests staying in private rooms are able to invite visitors to stay up to 7 nights per month. The additional guest will receive accommodation only and will not receive additional benefits such as Co-Work, Wellness, etc. Please note: The number of occupants can not exceed the room types’ occupancy limitation as shown on the booking page (e.g. Micro Room 2-person capacity, Standard room 2-person capacity etc).

If you modify your booking 48 hours prior to your designated check-in date, you will not be charged. To modify your reservation for free once you’ve already arrived at Selina, please notify the front desk and they will be able to help you based on availability. Guests are only permitted to make one modification to their Selina gift card bookings throughout the duration of the package.

After the end of 2021 (more than a year from now) the amount of remaining nights will be cut by half. That means that if you are left with 4 nights, you will only be able to redeem 2 of them in 2022.

Standard check-in time is at 15:00, and check-out time is at 11:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and there may be an additional charge. Although some of our locations have reception staff on duty 24/7, this is not the case for all locations. If you arrive outside of reception hours, you will find your keys at security

We offer transportation to and from the airport as well as transportation from one Selina to another. To book a ride, or for more information, head to the website and check out the location's 'Explore' section. Alternatively, just give us a call!
